Ellen’s biggest passion in the flower industry is weddings. She does this through her own business, Wallflower Botanics.
“I have always loved getting creative, and I have a passion for nature. I love weddings because I get to work closely with couples and take the time to get to know them and their vision for their special day. We spend time chatting about the design, colours, and all of the finer details. Leading up to the wedding, I try to source the freshest seasonal flowers and foliage and then work on bringing their vision to life!
Wedding season is such a fun time of year, and it brings me a lot of joy working with couples that are about to get married. Flowers are such an important part of a wedding day, and I love being a part of it!”

Oh my goodness, Ellen-Kate from Wallflower Botanics made all my wedding floral dreams come true. She was so onto it, and we discussed colours and ideas over the phone, and then she had free reign to create something for me and I picked to have dried wedding florals. And lets just say, I cried with joy when I saw them. They were more than I could have ever dreamed of, absolutely stunning. She put so much thought into every flower she chose and I had so many comments on the day about how beautiful they were. The bouquets and buttonholes were all the perfect size, perfect colours, and all arranged so beautifully. She is very taleneted and I would 10000% recommend her to do the florals for anyone's wedding - fresh or dried - she is amazing!
